They’re trying to take money from my card after i delivered the car to them, 3 days later I find that they tried to withdraw money from my card without my consent bit the bank refused it. The day after that, they did it again and the bank accepted. I called the office in the airport and when i mentioned to him the word ( withdraws )… He cut me off and shouted “ no no no i didn’t take anything, call the sales department”. DENIAL So i called the main office, asked me the info and told me to call back in 5 mins and I did. He told me that they found fines after i left so they tried to take money, i told him there was an insurance money that they put on hold from my card since i rented the car & told him that i called the bank & it told me that the hold is still there, so why attempt to use MY card?! Of course he tried to dodge the answer by saying that they were taking it from the money on hold & I told him no they were new attempts, and told if they wanted money from me why not CALL ME and ask for it?!! He dealt with this in a cold attitude till I mentioned the word Complaint to mastercard & Police! Then he said the manager left for the day and will call me tomorrow. Of course its theft and I’ll file a complaint to the police. UPDATE: no one called at all.P
