DO NOT MOVE TO ANY BUILDING OWNED BY THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE MERCILESS AND WILL FINANCIALLY RUIN YOU! I was forced to overstay in my apartment due to lockdown last year (most building were not charging or giving discount) I had to go to my home country from july to save money as i didnt have any income coming in. Tried to contact them via email, whatsapp, calls and they ignored everything. Eventually just before leaving i closed internet and DEWA and left the key. One week after i left suddenly they put a case on me, RDC let claim go in their favor and instead of charging me the overstay until July they charged until October!!! I have no idea how they played the rules to do this!! But the fact they did this tells me a lot about their ethics :( Now I must pay 29,000aed instead of 12,000 :( PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE MISTAKE I MADE BY LIVING IN AN APARMENT OWNED BY THIS COMPANY :(
