Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience We had a very unpleasant experience at this store. The place is congested and glass items are displayed unsafely. A glass item broke just by a slight touch of an abaya. We immediately informed the staff politely so no one else would get hurt. Instead of handling it responsibly, the staff behaved rudely and involved the manager, who was even worse. He said very arrogantly that they don’t care how the item broke—customer must pay anyway. His way of talking to lady customers was extremely disrespectful. There was no support from staff, no understanding, and no basic customer service. Even when my 3-year-old child sat for a moment because she was tired, staff told us rudely to go somewhere else. Very poor management, unsafe environment, and rude behavior. I will never visit again and do not recommend this place to families
