Being a service industry, staff manning the phone need to be polite. After over an hour of ordering upon enquiry i was told rather rudely that if not interested i cancel the order. This after the individual assuring me it will arrive in 15 minutes. I perfectly understand the delay. But if you have taken up the assigmment of taking the order you should be able to respond to customer call with a little more finesse. A little dissapointed.
