Staff or doctor who checked my eyes simply displaced the lenses from left eye which was -1.75 to right eye - 1.50 when they made my glasses. I ended up wearing them almost a year feeling dizzy and having headache without knowing that those people just destroyed my vision by being extremely not professional. We realized that when I come back to order other glasses, they checked my vision and the degrees were swapped. I was extremely shocked! How staff can make such huge mistake! They excused that one of those staff is on vacation, the other one didn't admit that it was him. There were 3 Indian men who checked and made my glasses. When I tried to reach the owner or manager she simply said nothing can be done it's already passed. This is proving how much people in this shop are cold and not caring if one became blind because of their not professionalism. Please, always double check and recheck , never trust anybody!Read more
