The worst real estate I ever dealt with. We informed them 6 months before, 3 months before and 2 weeks before that we are moving in a said date. Few days before our moving date, the watchman saw us moving small things and said nothing. Comes the date of our move, when the hired movers came late at night, the watchman shouted at us like an animal and gave us full hell. Worse, he called the management over phone call and it's the same attitude, the manager from Al Shaab Real Estate was also shouting without even knowing our concerns yet. During the time when we emailed and called them informing them, we are moving on said date, we asked them what are the requirements and they only said that it's ok we can cancel on the last week of contract. And then during the day of moved, they held us back suddenly raising requirements they did not even mention. The next day, we processed the document they said we need FROM THEM to be able to move. This time we decided we will only sell our appliances. Unbelievably, they did not allow us to sell our furnitures too AND changed the rules once again saying that this time, they don't only need the clearance from them but also stamp. We argued and got shouted by them until 12 midnight to the point that we called the police as they were harassing us verbally. They were even rude to the police as they did not pick up the phone. We have NEVER missed payment in years of living in that building and never did we give them any problems and yet this is how they treated us. Our only guess for us acting this way is, many people are already leaving that building as shown in the change of management for more than 2x in a year. Hideous customer service, unjust and unfair. The only good memory I remember is meeting the arbab who was nice when we visited the office one last time, but the people we have dealt with have been nothing but unkind. If you do not want headache, don't choose any of their property. Thank you.
