The absolute WORST customer service and products ever!!!!!! I wish I could give 0 star. Never buy any product from this store. If you want to experience the worst worst customer service, you should try then. They are perfect for you. I ordered a tv panel. I paid for the product and shipping fee. Delivered smoothly. It was okay until this point. However, the TV panel was full of scratches. So I asked for a replacement. They promised they will replace but nobody came or contact me on the delivery day. This happened twice. I was being patient for it. After the 2nd time, I called the manager’s number but some random part time staff took the phone call and started shouting at me. She shouted at me to come to the showroom to pick up or pay the delivery fee. This issue wouldn’t have raised if they sent me the product with no scratches -as they claimed it’s “brand new” “still in original package””perfect inside out”-… why do I need to pay for the shipping fee again or go and pick up for them? At the end I gave up replacing the product as this is just such a waste of time hearing some part time staff shouting at me and making my day miserable. Please go to a mall or any professional stores to buy electronics just like I will do from now… Update: the “manager” called me multiple times after posting this review saying “we can deliver today if you pay half of the shipping fee”. Again, why do I need to pay for additional shipping fee for their failed work result?
