Extremely rude and 'I DONT CARE' attitude towards customers. The mattress I bought had a terrible smell and when I raised a complaint, it took them 2 months to send someone to check it out. They don't answer the phone or respond. They call themselves 'premium' and promises a warranty but this is the WORST customer service I have experienced.
