This branch that I visited to receive the money sent from Malta is not good. I presented my valid id, just because of no middle name was mentioned (as its not mandatory in the ACE exchange portal system) however accdg to the teller Mary the Al Bader Exchange system required the middle name. “so, you will not release the money?” She said No, it’s the system. Not good experience. It was hold for 2 weeks in ACE and now their partner will keep the money for days or weeks. Idk
