The staff doesn’t care and feel if your AC isn’t working from how many days. No apologizing behavior for the delay. Neither customer service Etiquettes nor phone calls attending manners. They shoukd hire some professional people to handle for all kind of customers. It’s like you are begging and the Philipina staff attend the phone is a very rude manner, in a very non professional way.
