The building management (wael,saed, and the other guy) are not approachable, having a bad attitude and bad manner in dealing quiries and complains. Don't have consideration is family issues. They are making decisions without the consent of the tenant of the building. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.. DON'T EVER TRIED TO RENT A FLAT IN THIS BUILDING... THEY CAN GIVE YOU WONDERFUL PROMISES AT FIRST... BUT ONCE YOU ARE WITH THE CONTRACT.. THEY ARE NOT WILLING HELP YOU. BESIDES, THERE OFFICE IN MEZZANINE FLOOR ARE ALWAYS CLOSE.. YOU COULDNT CONTACT THEM. THEY DIDNT GIVE THEIR MOBILE CONTACTS AS WELL... HOPE THAT THIS ISSUE BE READ OF THE OWNER OF THE BUILDING .. MR. ALZOROONI..
