It's been 8 months that my cargo is missing and no response on calls, messages and mails by company. The address they put on website is an empty field. I have sent 2 cargos through this services from Dubai to India 1st was in 12th May 2023 AWB NO. 4864 and 2nd was in 07th June 2023 AWB NO. 4894. I contacted Dubai Warehouse +971505890210 a lady from Kerala (don’t remember the name), she provided me with all the details on WhatsApp about delivery time, charges etc. I confirmed and then she sent two guys (whose picture I have with me) to pick up the cargo. She informed me that it would take a maximum of 30-45 days to reach. After 45 days I was following on WhatsApp and I got few replies that it is on the way, it will be delivered soon etc. after a few days when I tried to contact the number but it was switched off and no response on WhatsApp. I contacted another Branch Ajman no. +971505890292, a Kerala guy Faseeb picked up the call and asked for the receipt pictures on WhatsApp and he will check. I sent it to WhatsApp and when I message to follow up then no reply, I tried to call on mobile and every time he disconnects the call without picking. I tried to call another branch number of Ras Al Khaimah and Umm Al Quwain but it was useless and there was no response. I will never recommend anyone to this service

Fraud company fraud mr.faseebfakerevie writer and employee of company Will take full amount with false promise of sending cargo within 10-15 days n will nake excuses like payment issues audit meeting next week,after 2 days will never call back ,mr.faseeb writing himself positive reviews Money and valuables are all on risk with this fraud company They dont even bother to pick the call After paying a full amount n handing over cargo the are not responsible enough to update the status of cargo infact oncalling 10-15 times daily they dont pick up call Please report this fraud company so that they cant make others fool again by claiming high and writing fake review

Very very very bad experience untill 9 month not delivered my cargo .after 9 month they tell me cargo return back .how is possible . If I ask ask someone they not reply. One staff misbehaving with me bad language using with me . This company only take your things and sale . Don't send cargo this company
