I had a very negative experience with this car rental company. After making the payment and having the money deposited into their account, their behavior completely changed. They charged me an additional AED 1,200 without providing any valid reason. When I questioned it, they confidently claimed that even the police wouldn’t be able to help since the payment had already been made. Their actions are unethical, and shockingly, they even admitted that what they’re doing is wrong. I strongly advise others to stay away from this business.
