Scam Scam Scam..! Beware..!!!!! I have taken a package in this company, and they are really useless. I got call from one lady saying you won in the lucky draw so, come and collect your gifts. Based on this we went and the meeting was held at Sheraton hotel, sharjah lead by Anurag and his team. They convinced to take the tour package which was really worth when they saying but practically it is not. I felt this after-the days gone. Once after the second day this guy anurag, he has not answered my call. I am really surprised, from that day i got doubt about this company. And they never made any of the commitments fulfilled. They just keep delaying the request and ending up with failed. I have been since 7 months, nothing they have arranged for me. Lot of mails i sent to them, they will just acknowledge and reply as concerned person will get back. No calls reaching them. And also they agreed to settle my EMI reimbursement in part by part with interval of 3months. I have been patiently waiting for that first EMI date to come and after that i sent mail requesting to transfer the amount to my account. Again they keep saying the same story that, wait for 3months more to transfer the amount. These people are thinking that customers are fool so they keep on cheat more. I am really wondering, still these people are conducting the meeting in same hotel and looting the money. Guy’s please be careful if anyone wish to go and attend, kindly aware they are professionally trained for scam. So don’t fall in the trap. If anyone seeing this review while attending their meeting, just get up and come out that’s my advice to save your money from this cheaters. I am planning to take legal action against this company, so will initiate from the police station first. So called Royal Palm Holidays, is a scam , this is repeating every time. this is how you treat your customer . force to remove the reviews. i will give you negative reviews coz of your unprofessional behavior of your customer care team . he threatening me to delete the review or he will go to court and not give any service for the amount we paid. even if I said ill remove the review after 6 months once if feel you company is giving a good service. but he ruined my yesterdays holiday fighting for the booking . such a rude unprofessional behavior. its high time to remain calm . its my time to report this to the local authority . These many days i was calm thinking about your jobs . now if you are not bothered about the customer . i will report this to the local authority

I filled a raffle coupon in Safeer mall Sharjah & same I was called to attend their seminar in Sheraton Hotel Sharjah with my wife to claim my prize. Even though I was hesitant in buying my wife insisted & I ended up buying 30 days package. Sometime later we planned a staycation we tried to contact them thru email well ahead of time we got no response. After several calls went unanswered I read reviews & found out this company is a long running scam. I filled a case against them thru Tasheel office in Sharjah. The process is lengthy as all the documents are required to be legal translated to Arabic for court. There will be several online session court dates only. After that the court will summon you & send an agent to their office to serve the final notice. Once we went as usual their office was closed no matter what time of the day you attend. Since they don’t even respond to court after a few online court hearings there will be a judgement against them. Once that happens you need to go back to Tasheel office & advise them to legally put the bans on their company by paying small fees like Visa Renewal ban, Licence renewal ban & so on. After I did all the bans were implemented I was contacted by their attorney who offered me half of my money in form of cheque to withdraw my case I refused & requested full amount. After several more phone call of their attorney insisting on setting on smaller amount which I refused, I was offered my full refund which they had to pay in court I agreed to remove the case. This company is doing this scam weekly basis in different hotels by hiring their meeting rooms & out of hundreds of people several people end up buying their fake travel package. They are aware that people don’t have time to go thru the hassle of courts to get their money so they do this brazenly. I request the authorities to look into this & all similar companies & root out all the fake ones who scam people out of their hard earned money with zero return.

Beware…. The attractive promises which are given in presentation are totally different from the paper. I visited their office several time to clear my concerns. Humble request to all to do not go for this...Fraudulent. +971526877044..I took a huge package and now regretting. Once you take package they will not respond for your calls. Worste Markketing techniques makee you buyy the packges..Beware! Please dont get fooled by this guys..
