With my bad service experience of Moroccan Bath in this saloon on February 2, 2024, I found out the next day after taking a bath that i got some bruises and scratches at my back due to over scrubbing on my moroccan bath session at this saloon. During or after the first application of the cream, he was my face without any care resulting that the water enter into my noseholes that makes me stand up as i was choking with the water that came inside my nose. At the last application of the cream, he just gave me instructions to take shower after 2 minutes and go. So he left the moroccan bath room and change his clothes and assist other clients. I was waiting the staff to give me towel after the shower but no one showed up, so I decided to come outside the Moroccan bath room and exit another door to call the staff and give towel to me. I never expect this kind of service in this saloon as I always visit here after 3 or 4 months to do the Moroccan bath, on February 2, 2024, it was another staff assisted me and I think he is not service oriented or Im not sure if really dont know how to do the Moroccan bath procedures. At the end i was charged aed 150 which is I usually pay Aed 120 only before. It is fine to pay that amount as long as the service should be properly. I will never do Moroccan Bath again in this saloon. Thank you
