I was hoping to receive better customer service, but I was disappointed for the second time. There is zero attention to customer care. I handed in my device for repair and provided my phone number so I could be updated, but I returned to find the device untouched and unrepaired, with no updates or communication whatsoever. Then I was calmly told that the missing part is out of stock. I had given them enough time to diagnose the issue or at least inform me. The same thing happened the first time with a different person. It seems almost the entire team operates this way. 👎👎👎👎”
