The word unprofessional is the minimum I can say. I had the worst experience. My furniture was not delivered at once. I have missing items. The condition of the furniture I received on different stages was horrible! Either damaged, broken or dirty. No apology, no compensation whatsoever from Hiam Abboud Molla the responsible of shipping. I am spreading awareness so people don’t have to go through the same very bad experience I had. I lost my money and my furniture! Not to mention the stress that it will never be compensated.

Avoid This Shipping Company at All Costs! I want to share my aunt’s horrifying experience with this shipping company so everyone can be cautious. 1- From the start, Hiam Abboud Molla made promises that were never kept. They failed to follow through on even the most basic commitments. 2- It took FOUR MONTHS for my aunt’s furniture to arrive and even then, items were missing and didn’t all arrive at once! 3- The majority of her furniture arrived damaged, broken, or missing essential parts, making it impossible to assemble. This company has shown zero respect for their customers’ trust or belongings. Their lack of professionalism and accountability is alarming. I strongly recommend that everyone stay away from this company if you value your time, money, and property. Share this to ensure no one else has to endure such a terrible experience!
