محد يطلب منهم يقصون على الناس يأخذون البيزات وما يوصل الطلب إلا بعد التهديد صار لي أكثر من شهر وانا اتريا الطلب الي هو عباه وحده بس و الكل يذم فيهم ما شفت إلا بعد ما طلبت. هددتهم مرتين بالدائرة الاقتصاديه وكل مره حجه غير عن الثانيه وطبعا ما يردون على الايميل والانستا ما ردت علي إلا بعد التهديد ولين اليوم ما وصلت. حسبي الله عليهم مسكرين التعليقات وعند المشاهير الي يعلنون لها الكل يذم في التعليقات أنهم حراميه. قلت لهم لين الأسبوع الياي إذا ما وصلت راح اشتكي فعلاً !!

خذت لي عبايتين اونلاين ولا وصلني شي لين اليوم.. صار لي فوق الثلاث شهور. وكل مرة يتحججون بحجة شكلها ما بتوصل الطلبية أبد. برفع هالموضوع لحماية المستهلك في الشارجة عشان يوقفون هالاحتيال فوراً. مسكرين التعليقات في الانستغرام عشان يقدرون ينصبون على ناس زيادة. SCAM !! I purchased two abayas online and never got them until today.. it’s been more than 3 months. They keep giving excuses which seems like I will never get the order. I will be raising this to Sharjah consumer protection as this activity should be stopped immediately. They closed instagram comments so they can scam more people . Very unprofessional. Whoever is handling the instagram account needs to be fired immediately and replaced because she is absolutely unhelpful. 0 communication or updates about the delay from the business about my order, not answering my messages asking about the order but posting on their story on instagram. Why am I chasing them to give me updates like a desperate ex. If there was a delay then update your customer and don’t promise that “i’ll take 25 days maximum” to finish the order. I made my order on July 4th 2025 and it is August 17th now and I still don’t have it. 44 days to make two abayas? If i could give it 0 stars I would.

I had the absolute worst experience with deee.line. I placed an order for 5 abayas on May 1, 2025, and to this day — more than two months later — I haven’t received anything. Before ordering, I asked how long it would take, and they confidently said 5 to a maximum of 25 days. That was a complete lie. They kept making false promises: “before Eid,” then “after Eid,” then “this week,” then “the weekend”… every single time, just empty words with zero follow-through. This business has no reliability, no transparency, and no respect for customers. They’ve wasted my time and ignored every basic standard of professionalism. If you value your time, your money, or just basic honesty — do NOT order from them.

Terrible Experience – Completely Unreliable! I had the worst experience with deee.line. I placed an order for two abayas on March 19, 2025, and until today, I haven’t received anything. They kept promising it would arrive before Eid, then after Eid, then “this week,” then “the weekend” — but every time it was just empty words. Nothing ever arrived. They completely wasted my time and ignored every standard of professionalism. What’s even more upsetting is that my sister ordered and received her items, while I was left waiting for months with no clear answers. This business has zero reliability, zero transparency, and zero customer respect. If you care about your time and money, stay far away from this shop. It’s all promises and no delivery.
