I’m leaving this review to inform future clients, based strictly on my personal experience. I visited this salon for a back waxing. Unfortunately, after the treatment, I developed a noticeable skin reaction with multiple bumps, something I have never experienced before. When I contacted the salon to share my concern, I did not feel that the situation was handled professionally, and no real customer care or follow-up was provided. Regarding the reception, I was also disappointed. Several comments here already mention issues with the welcome and customer service, and I can confirm that this was also my experience. There seems to be a real need for staff training, especially in how clients’ concerns are handled. In my opinion, the salon should review its hygiene practices, the products used, and its customer service standards. At least, you will have been informed. Based on my experience, I would not return and cannot recommend this salon.
