This is the worst real estate company I have dealt with.
First, regarding maintenance: tenants are expected to fix issues themselves and pay from their own pocket. There is no proper follow-up and no respect for the contract between the tenant and the company.
Second, the watchman refuses to take any action without being given money, even when it is part of his job to check problems in the flat. It feels like only customers who pay extra receive proper service.
Third, the office staff are very unprofessional. I called more than 15 times, and each time I was told, “I will check with maintenance,” but there was no follow-up. My calls were ignored and even disconnected. When I finally reached someone, they asked me to explain the problem again as if it was the first time hearing about it.
The building in-charge also never answers calls. In the end, the problems were not solved, and no one even came to check. Even when you call, no one answers.
