I gave them an expensive shirt for cleaning and ironing, but they never returned it. When I followed up, I was told that they only handle ironing, while the cleaning is done by Bright Shine Laundry, which is owned by the same person. There are no records of the shirt in their system, and we still don’t know what happened to it. I have filed a complaint against both laundries with the Economic Department.
