Diamond tower 3 building manager by the name of Usman is a crook and scammer. Promised a room in diamond tower 2 i paid my deposit AED11900 last month on the 13th and he did not give the room. He did not tell us that the room had SEWA issues and will never be available till they are sorted out. I asked for my mpney back npw he doesn't want to pay keeps giving same excuse thatbhe will give back tomorrow. MR USMAN I WANT MY 11900AED
